Meet our highly experienced Medical Malpractice and MPLI team

Please allow us to introduce you to our accomplished and proficient Medical Malpractice and Medical Professional Liability Insurance (MPLI) team.

Fifth Avenue Agency stands as an independent medical malpractice insurance agency with decades of expertise dedicated to serving a vast clientele of healthcare providers nationwide. Having the right team in place for your medical malpractice and professional liability insurance plan is of paramount importance. Our agency and the entire support team under the Fifth Avenue family umbrella boast an impressive cumulative experience of over 400 years in the healthcare sector, forming an exceptionally seasoned medical malpractice and MPLI team. Among our family of companies, Fifth Avenue Healthcare Service, Primoris Credentialing Network, and 5ACVO hold a prominent place, with 5ACVO being one of the very few CVOs in the nation with NCQA Credentialing Accreditation.

As an independent agency, Fifth Avenue Agency collaborates with a range of medical insurance carriers. This independence empowers us to center our focus on our clients’ unique needs, enabling us to provide tailored recommendations for their malpractice insurance requirements.

At Fifth Avenue Agency, we adhere to the philosophy that there is no universally superior carrier, product, or service, as each possesses distinct advantages and limitations. Therefore, we believe a comprehensive understanding of these nuances is essential for effectively assessing how malpractice risks are covered and where any potential gaps in a malpractice insurance policy may exist.
